STANDARD TOWN OF MARANA ASSURANCE AGREEMENTS / Instructions

 The Town of Marana accepts the types of subdivision assurance agreements listed in the table below. Of those listed, the Town has existing forms available on this web site for those types listed in normal type. If you have trouble with any of these forms, if you would like to use a type shown in italics, or if your situation does not fit within one of these typical scenarios, please contact Marana Town Attorney Jane Fairall by email or calling (520) 382-1941. As new types and forms are requested, approved, and updated, they will be made available here.

The available forms are in Word (docx) format, with standard boilerplate language “locked” and all user-entry areas unlocked. Simply “tab” from one user-entry field to the next. The form automatically inserts certain duplicated information when the document is printed or the fields are updated. For example, after inserting the subdivider’s name the first time, the name will be automatically inserted in all other locations when the document is printed or updated, but until then, the notation “Subdivider’s Name” will appear. Please contact the Town Attorney to request a revision of standard language, or if you have trouble inserting your information in the unlocked areas.

These forms change without notice from time to time based on user suggestions and based on revisions to applicable laws and regulations. To avoid processing delays, Town staff advises against downloading these forms to your local computer drive for future use. Instead, Town staff recommends that you return to this web site to download the current form. Thank you.
