The customer service portal is a convenient way to set up preferred payment methods.  You may also sign up for autopay, e-billing, make changes to your contact information, and access current and past billing statements. 

There is a 3.25% service fee with a minimum of $3.00 when using a credit or debit card. There is no fee for EFT/ACH (e-check) payments.

  • To pay your bill online, please click the Customer Service Portal link below. First-time access will require registration.

    You will need the following information on hand to complete registration:

    • Account number

    • Amount due on your last bill

    You may also call our automated line toll-free at 855-769-0523. You will need your account number on hand. The automated line is available 24/7.

  • Check or money order is accepted.

    For in person payments outside of normal business hours, please use the drop box located to the right of the administrative building main entrance.

  • If your service has been disconnected due to non-payment, you must contact our office at 520-382-2570 to make payment.

    To restore service, the account balance plus a reconnection fee must be paid in full.
