Marana Animal Services, in partnership with Asavet Charities, conducted a successful Low Cost Spay & Neuter Clinic last Sunday. The event was available for pets of Marana residents, and all 45 reservations were filled. A total of 42 dogs and 3 cats received surgeries, and staff were able to microchip 33 of the animals and license 27 dogs as well.
This low cost spay and neuter clinic was partially funded through a grant received from Arizona Pet Friendly License Plates. For more information on getting a Pet Friendly license plate, go to azpetplates.org
