What is the Marana Restaurant Task Force?
The Marana Restaurant Task Force for the Town of Marana is a coordinated effort to bring sit-down restaurants to our community for the benefit of our residents, our economy and tourism.

SURVEY FACTS
Dinner and lunch ranked as number one and two as the meals most people eat out at restaurants followed closely by breakfast and brunch.
Cuisine, Environment/Experience, Price, and Proximity to Residence/Work were the top factors people consider when deciding where to dine out.
Bistros or cafes came out on top of most desired establishment followed by bars/breweries, fine dining, and eat-ertainment.
Casual, family friendly, and modern were the preferred style of restaurant.

We know that 47% of tourists come to Southern Arizona to visit family and friends—we want our residents to bring those visitors to establishments within Marana and be proud to take them here.
Tourism already has a $150 Million dollar impact on our economy and growing this impact will help our entire community continue to thrive. Therefore, we are taking action to support our existing restaurants and help them thrive and grow.
