MARANA- Mark your calendars! The award-winning Star-Spangled Spectacular returns to Crossroads at Silverbell District Park on Thursday, July 4, 2024 from 5 to 9:30PM.
The fireworks show is set to begin at 9 PM presented in partnership with Watson Chevrolet.
Award-Winning Event: This signature event received the Outstanding Cultural Program award at the Arizona Parks and Recreation Association’s annual awards banquet in August 2023.
Come and enjoy free entertainment from the bands Scotty Freel & The Flying Diamonds and Little House of Funk. There will also be a car show, splash pad, inflatables, games, dozens of artisan and food vendors, as well as activities for kids.
Pro Tip: We recommend grabbing a spot in Field 2 (where the stage is located) and either of the two youth baseball/softball fields in the Southeast corner of the park to watch the fireworks.
EVENT PARKING & COURTESY SHUTTLES
Returning this year, the Town of Marana will provide two parking lots with FREE multiple 15-passenger shuttles running throughout the day. The designated lot to park at for the shuttle is Coyote Trail Elementary School (8000 N Silverbell Rd, Tucson, AZ 85743) or at the former Urgent Care on Silverbell (now owned by MUSD) at 8333 N. Silverbell Road. Road signage will help you navigate to these lots.
HANDICAPPED PARKING
PARKING AT CROSSROADS PARK IS RESERVED FOR VEHICLES WITH HANDICAPPED PLATES AND TAGS ONLY. The full parking lot located at Crossroads at Silverbell District Park will be opened to handicapped vehicles with a valid tag or plate and foot traffic at 4PM on the day of the event.
