The Town of Marana is thrilled to announce that Chasse Building Team has been selected as the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for the Town of Marana Community Center.
Chasse Building Team is teaming up with the Town of Marana, Abacus Project Management, and Architekton to perform pre-construction services during the current design phase of the facility. They were selected through a competitive process based on their strong track record of constructing outstanding public facilities. The most recent project Chasse constructed in Marana is the new Dove Mountain K-8, 107,000-square-foot CSTEM school.
“We are delighted to have Chasse Building Team join the Town of Marana team in delivering these new public recreational facilities to the community,” says Parks and Recreation Director Jim Conroy.
