Providing Dispute Resolution Services for Marana Residents
The Neighborhood Mediation Program aims to enhance the peace, comfort, and enjoyment of the Marana community by providing mediation services for a variety of neighborhood conflicts at no cost to the parties in mediation.

Eligibility
The property or location of the dispute must be within the Town of Marana incorporated limits.
All parties must agree to mediation.
Types of conflict eligible for mediation include animal keeping, noise complaints, vegetation, parking, encroachments, and other issues upon review.
